Healthy Steak & Egg Burger & Chips
Burger - A lettuce leaf instead of the bun. Stirfried beef on a bed of shredded lettuce, cucumber, capsicum & avocado with an egg on top (egg fried in a non-stick pan - which actually stuck so egg looks a bit of a mess) But very yummy!
Chips - Grilled kumara & carrot chips - crunchy & delicious. ( next challenge is finding a health dip for them)

Here's one from Renata Holicova who used to teach raw food cooking.
Sun-Dried Tomato Romesco (Put all this in a food processor until you have a hummus like texture):
1&half cup sun-dried tomatoes
2-3 dates
2 cloves garlic
2 cups fresh tomatoes (not watery ones)
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 & hald tbs dried oregano (or fresh if available)
salt to taste - may not be necessary
