Dance challenge with "No More Pies" team and a few supporters, Line Dancing is a great way to work out for half an hour, so much fun learning the moves, we were all sweating by the time we finished

    Ka mau te wehi! It's important to mix it up - doing the same ol exercise every day gets boring and your body adapts and settles back into slow metabolism mode if it's not presented with some new challenge. So cool you guys!!
